This Privacy Policy explains how ManuFarms (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares and protects information when you use the Poultry Manager mobile application (the “App”) and the related services at www.manufarms.com.
By creating an account or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

If you use the Smart Switch feature to control connected farm equipment, we process the device identifiers of your equipment (gateway ID and node ID), the commands you send, and the status readings returned by the device. These are exchanged with our IoT service partner as described in section 4.
The App does not collect your precise GPS location, your contacts, your SMS messages, your call logs, or your installed application list.

These providers may process data only on our instructions and for the purposes stated above. Google’s handling of Firebase data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
If your account belongs to a farm or company that has multiple users, the farm records you create may be visible to the owner and to other authorised users of that same farm, according to the role assigned to you.
We may disclose information where we are required to do so by law, court order or a valid request from a competent public authority, or where disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, safety, or the safety of others.
Your data is stored on our servers and on the servers of the service providers listed above. Because these providers operate globally, your information may be stored or processed outside Bangladesh.
We protect your data using encrypted HTTPS connections for account and farm data, hashed password storage, and token-based authentication that expires and requires re-login. Access to production data is restricted to authorised personnel.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your password confidential and do not share your account with others.

Poultry Manager is a business and farm management tool intended for users aged 18 and above. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, notify you in the App. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
